Naturmorte: Draw Fruits
This Privacy Policy explains what information the mobile application Naturmorte: Draw Fruits (the “App”) processes, why it is processed, and what choices you have. Please read it before using the App.
In short: the App has no sign-up, no account and no password. We never ask for your name, address, phone number or date of birth. Your paintings, photos and game progress stay on your device. What leaves the device is a small amount of anonymous technical and gameplay data used to keep the App working and to run the public leaderboard.
The developer of the App acts as the data controller for the processing described here. For any privacy question, correction or deletion request, write to us at the address in section 11.

Requested only when you choose to shoot your own still-life photo for the studio backdrop. The image is processed on the device and stored there. You may decline, and the App remains fully playable.
Requested only when you pick an existing photo as a backdrop, or when you save a finished painting to your library. The App reads only the item you select.
Every permission can be withdrawn at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security or in the App's own entry in iOS Settings.
The App can display web pages, including this policy, inside an in-app browser view. When a page loads, your device makes an ordinary web request, and the server hosting the page receives the technical information every web request carries — IP address, user agent and time of request — which is used for delivering the page and for security logging.
We use Google Firebase (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) for analytics and for the leaderboard and achievement database. Google processes this data on our behalf as a processor. Their handling is described in the Firebase Privacy and Security documentation and the Google Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your data, we do not share it with data brokers, and we do not use it for cross-app advertising or tracking as defined by Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.
Our database is hosted in the European Union. Some processing by our service providers may take place outside your country, in which case transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.
Deleting the App removes all local data. The anonymous install identifier is stored in the iOS keychain and may survive a reinstall so that your progress is not lost; ask us and we will erase it together with the records attached to it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export or restrict the processing of your data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these, write to us and include the anonymous install identifier shown on the App's credits screen — without it we cannot locate records that carry no name.
The App is suitable for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data — for example a real name typed into the leaderboard nickname — contact us and we will remove it.
Data in transit is protected with TLS. The install identifier is held in the iOS keychain rather than in ordinary storage. Access to our backend is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy as the App changes. The revised version will be published at this address with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be brought to your attention inside the App.
